I am a storyteller who wants nothing more than to capture your wedding, creatively, as it happens. Every single wedding is different in so many ways and that is down to the people involved. It all comes down to having fun and enjoying the day. Capturing what I feel and not just what I see on a wedding day is so important to me. I don’t just shoot the expected moments. It’s not just about beauty but the fun, interesting, cool and often ordinary moments that I’m constantly on the look out for. Every wedding I’m lucky enough to be a part of I aim to capture striking and emotive images.
CREATIVE DOCUMENTARY
Weddings are filled with awesome moments, happening all of the time, throughout the day. Most of these moments will go unnoticed as you and your guests will be caught up in them. These are the moments I love to capture. Mixed in with the moments are the variety of emotions. The beautifully natural smiles, the uncontrollable laughter, the cringes at the best man’s speech and the odd tear during the ceremony. By acting like a guest and not dominating the day I can capture these natural memories from the most amazing day of your lives.
I do, however, totally get that it isn’t just about documenting and it wouldn’t be a wedding without the customary family and bridal party ‘formals’. I make these quick and painless so that you’re back to your guests with a drink in your hands before you know it. Same goes for portraits, I often do these in 2 short stints at different times of the day. I absolutely LOVE creating beautiful and stylish portraits for my couples but that doesn’t mean you have to be away from your guests for long at all.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS
As much as I love our beautiful country I do love to travel. I have been lucky enough to shoot weddings in a number of countries including Italy, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus and Spain.
