St. Annes Pre-Wedding Shoot

I met up with the lovely Matt and Angela in St. Annes recently for their Pre-Wedding Shoot. We struck lucky with a gorgeous summers evening. Matt doesn't do beaches so where would Angela choose to do their St. Annes Pre-Wedding Shoot...a beach of course! To be fair to him, he didn't complain once. 

It was a first for me as we started out with a game of bowls, a game in which Matt and Angela frequently partake in. After a quick stroll around the lovely Ashton Gardens we hit the sand. The light was perfect and the company even better.

I met up with Nick and Steph for their York pre-wedding shoot back in Spring. We had a great morning wandering around this wonderfully historic city. From York Minster to the city walls and everything in between, including the cool streets of the Shambles. Thanks Nick and Steph to introducing me to this gorgeous old city.

David & Emma - Pre-Wedding Shoot - Downham Village

I caught up with David and Emma recently, ahead of their wedding, in the picturesque village of Downham in Lancashire. After a catch-up we headed off around one of Lancashire’s most stunning little villages for their Downham Village pre-wedding shoot and my own guided tour.

I’m thoroughly looking forward to their wedding in this beautiful part of our country.

MATT AND LAUREN’S FARM PRE-WEDDING SHOOT IN LANCASHIRE

It was lovely catching up with Matt and Lauren recently for their pre-wedding shoot. We had a wander around Matt’s farm, strolled through some fields and made some cool portraits.

Pre-wedding shoots are always more fun when the location means something to the couple. Matt and Lauren’s farm pre-wedding shoot was so personal and they were both so relaxed in front of camera.

These two lovelies rocked Stanley Park recently showing just how much love two humans can have for each other. I genuinely loved shooting James and Michaela, not only are they gorgeous but they were playful, laughed non stop and were just a pleasure to be around.

I love portrait sessions in Autumn. The colours are magnificent and the light can be second to none. Stanley Park is a gorgeous mass of trees and shrubbery mixed with some cool buildings and hidden gems. To sum up Stanley Park in Autumn with these two beauties just works. Full stop.

Cleveleys Beach Pre-Wedding Shoot – James & Natasha

SUNSET PRE-WEDDING SHOOT AT CLEVELEYS BEACH

Earlier this year I met up with James and Natasha for their pre-wedding shoot at Cleveleys beach. We opted to meet just before the sun dropped, which is my favourite time of day. The light was incredible and these two were such good company. We had a good laugh and created some beautiful and memorable portraits of them at this wonderful time in their lives. We paddled in the sea, climbed rocks and watched the sun drop behind the horizon. Fun times all round.
