Jamie and Heather’s winter wedding at The River Barn in Poulton-le-Fylde was so much fun and a proper honour to document. The day flowed, no fuss, no pressure — just good people, real moments and a lot of love. The kind of wedding that suited my documentary approach perfectly.

The River Barn is such a great venue for natural, documentary wedding photography, especially in winter. Soft light, warm tones and plenty of space to let the day unfold without interruption. Jamie and Heather spent the day properly soaking it all in — chatting, laughing, hugging everyone they love — and that’s always where the best photos come from.
